a gay film script or gay play regarding travelles

i heard that there was a gay play recently enough about travellers..

i am a writer myse;f and have two gay plays ready for editing to fine script. i also have a script finalised for screen, luckily i have a director willing to make the movie.however fundiong was not available in this country.

luckily enough i have a director cousin who is a traveller willing to help develope and get it read by producers in england.

would it be a good thing to have it made there or would that take away from irish pavees in ireland.

Congrats on the plays and film script – I hope they make their way through to filming.

The previous play in question was by Roseleen McDonaghs entitled “John and Josey” and made its debut in the Outhouse, Dublin last October. As far as I am aware she is busy working of another one of a similar nature and has welcomed any input from GLBT Travellers. In regards to your question about filming in England my personal opinion would be that any progression, however small brought through a positive means should be welcomed and encouraged.

Few things are ideal, but if there a step forward there a step forward.
