i dont thnk anyone should be outed to be honest,
for many reasons..the reason someone is homophobic is what should be looked at,homo phobia is a fear of homosexuals and homo sexual activities,,etc,,,no one knows what makes a person a homophobe,,maybe its a battle they have inside themselves,,people in this situation that are homo phobic and fighting their own feelings are somethimes a little mentaly unstable,,being outed could send them over the edge,,suicide even,,or a gay bashing rampage,,

i think its better to deal with homophobes with the best weapon we have,,perseverence and mostly,,,existence..

but,,outing someone is just making yourself to be just as bad as them,,but if your saying this person is tormenting you and is in fact gay himself,,then i think out him if it is what you want,,but dont be suprised if it blows back in your face and you come out looking a loar,,people that are in the closet and become homophobic tend to be good at hiding their true colours,,i should know,,i was in the closet long enuf,,

i think its safe to say so that each case should be looked at in its own situation,,like your situation is fairly annoying for you..

I wouldn't dirty my hands on something like this, as unless he is directly confrontational or beyond avoiding I don't think anyone really wants to be responsible for that amount of pain. Some people are deeply wounded and like to share that sense of anguish but you don't need to be a part of it.

Perhaps this is an opportunity for you to grow a bit more at ease with your sexuality or gather around a sense of security with others. Personally I'd take the legal root for harassment long before I'd out anyone. It's just bad karma (if you believe in that stuff LOL).
